Iced Green Tea Recipe

Kickstart your New Year’s resolutions with this iced tea recipe that combines the floral, grassy notes of green tea with a refreshing twist of lemon and mint.

Serves 4


  • 4 Nerada Organics Green Tea tea bags
  • 2 tbs honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice, plus lemon slices to garnish
  • Mint leaves, to serve


  1. Infuse the tea bags in 1L boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags. Stir through honey to dissolve, then stir through lemon juice. Chill until cold.
  2. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and top with iced tea. Garnish with mint and lemon slices, then serve immediately.
