White Tea

The most delicate tea of all, and the least handled. White tea is made from unopened buds and the youngest leaves, barely processed, which is exactly where its subtlety comes from. Naturally low in caffeine, pale in the cup and quietly floral. Enjoy it slowly, when there is time to notice every note.
