Anyone else wake up excited for their first cup of tea of the day? We thought so! 

While we have a soft spot for each one of our Nerada teas, there are some that are perfect for putting some pep in your step as the sun rises. 

English Breakfast 

Our newest blend, the English Breakfast blend is made from black tea and features a delicious, bold and rich flavour. Black tea contains the highest level of caffeine of tea, however, still not as much as coffee, so if you’re looking for a way to give your morning a kick without the coffee jitters, our English Breakfast is perfect. Green Tea

White Tea

With even less caffeine (in fact typically the lowest level of all teas that do contain caffeine), white tea is a wonderfully delicate and subtle flavour. White tea is the least processed of all teas derived from the camellia sinensis plant. Only the unopened ‘buds’ from the new tender growth of the plant are used to make white tea.
