Rooibos leaves are bruised and oxidised before drying, developing their red colour. It takes milk as readily as a black tea, and is caffeine free from the first cup to the last. A heaped spoonful makes a strong pot and a level one makes an easy cup, and either way the canister keeps the needles dry and away from the light.

A pure organic rooibos infusion, with notes of red wood, honey and a touch of caramel.

Measure: One teaspoon per 250ml
