Nerada’s Digest Herbal Blend is a refreshing infusion crafted to support healthy digestion and digestive comfort. Earthy turmeric and fragrant lemongrass are balanced by apple, rosehip and lemon balm, creating a smooth and revitalising cup that is ideal after meals.

Turmeric: Valued for its curcumin content, turmeric supports digestion and the body’s healthy inflammatory response.

Apple: Adds gentle fruitiness and natural sweetness, giving the infusion a smooth, approachable character.

Rosehip: Naturally containing antioxidant plant compounds, rosehip helps protect cells from oxidative stress while contributing a pleasantly tart flavour.

Lemongrass: Commonly enjoyed to support digestion, lemongrass may help ease occasional bloating and digestive discomfort.
