Cut coarse and left loose, peppermint keeps more of the oil that gives it its cooling finish, and the difference is easy to taste against a finer cut. This organic leaf steeps into a clear, bracing infusion, crisp at the front and clean through the finish. A pot of it holds its character even as it cools.

A pure organic peppermint leaf infusion, with notes of cool mint and a clean, sweet finish.

Measure: One teaspoon per 250ml
Brew Time: 3 to 5 minutes
Water Temperature: 100°C
Best Enjoyed: Hot, or left to cool and poured over ice.

Organic. Available as loose leaf in an 80g canister.
