From Nerada’s Odyssey Collection, our Ceremonial Matcha is an organic, first-flush matcha crafted in Japan from carefully selected tencha leaves. Grown under shade and harvested in early spring, when the youngest leaves are at their most delicate, this matcha captures exceptional vibrancy, natural sweetness, and depth of umami.

The leaves are carefully finished to preserve their vivid emerald colour, producing an ultra-fine powder with a silky mouthfeel. When whisked with water, it delivers a smooth, rounded cup with layered umami, gentle vegetal notes, and a clean, lingering finish.

Traditionally enjoyed with hot water and a bamboo whisk, this matcha is designed to be savoured in its purest form, allowing its organic origin and craftsmanship to take centre stage. It also performs beautifully in refined lattes and cold preparations for those seeking a modern interpretation of the ritual.
