A single-origin black tea, grown on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland, blended with lemon myrtle. Lemon myrtle, a classic Australian native, has long been favoured for its sweet lemon flavour without the acidity of citrus, making it a natural companion for a full-bodied black tea rather than a corrective to one. Generously proportioned, it brightens the cup from the first pour. The myrtle is generously proportioned rather than dusted through, so the citrus arrives with the aroma and carries through to the finish, and the tea underneath holds its body against milk.
