A single-origin Orange Pekoe black tea, grown on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland, blended with cocoa husk. Cocoa husk, the outer shell left behind after roasting, has long been valued for a chocolate note that is dry rather than sweet, which keeps it on the right side of a malty black tea. Generously proportioned, it turns an afternoon cup into something closer to dessert. The husk is blended in generously rather than dusted through, so the chocolate note builds across the steep instead of fading after the first minute, and it holds up under milk.
