Some teas are built for strength and nothing else, and this is one of them. Our Australian Outback is blended from black tea alone, cut to give colour quickly and hold its body through a long steep. It is the cup for the end of a working day, poured strong and taken outside. Nothing is added and nothing is scented, so what arrives in the cup is the leaf and the strength of it, poured dark enough to take a good splash of milk and still hold its colour.

A bold, full-bodied black tea, with notes of malt, brisk tannin and a clean finish.
