Peppermint: Peppermint is known to help soothe digestive discomfort, making it beneficial for easing nausea and indigestion, common in early pregnancy. Its refreshing taste also helps to calm the mind.
Raspberry Leaf: Rich in vitamins and minerals, raspberry leaf is traditionally used to tone the uterus and support the reproductive system, particularly in preparation for labor during the later stages of pregnancy
Ginger: Ginger is widely recognized for its ability to help reduce nausea and vomiting, particularly helpful for morning sickness during pregnancy. It also can help to support healthy digestion and reduce inflammation.
Rooibos: Caffeine-free and packed with antioxidants, rooibos can help to promote overall health and hydration during pregnancy, assisting in reducing inflammation and supporting a healthy immune system.
Camomile: Camomile has calming properties that can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation and better sleep, especially during the later stages of pregnancy.
Nettle Leaf: Nettle leaf is nutrient-dense, offering a natural source of iron, calcium, and other essential vitamins, making it beneficial for overall nourishment and energy during pregnancy.
Lemon Balm: Known for its calming effects, lemon balm can help ease anxiety and promotes relaxation, aiding in emotional balance and better sleep throughout pregnancy.
Pregnant mummas, this is 1000 times better than just straight raspberry leaf. Although I do have both and use 2 scoops of this to 1 scoop raspberry leaf just to make sure I get the benefits still, I probably still would but ya know, we're just winging it
