Rooibos and honeybush grow in South Africa and have been drunk together for generations. Rooibos brings a red, rounded body, while honeybush is treasured for exactly what its name suggests, a natural sweetness that means nothing needs to be added. Generously proportioned, the two make a cup that satisfies late at night. Both are cut fine for the bag and blended in favour of the rooibos, which keeps the body red and rounded while the honeybush does the sweetening. Milk suits it as readily as a black tea.
