Rosehip, Lemongrass & Ginger

Rosehip is what a rose leaves behind once the petals have gone, and it has long been valued for a tartness closer to stewed fruit than to citrus. Lemongrass brightens it, ginger warms it, and a little hibiscus deepens the colour. Generously proportioned, this certified organic infusion drinks like fruit rather than herbs. Rosehip is the largest part of the blend, which is where the body comes from, and the pieces are cut fine for the bag so the fruit arrives early rather than after five minutes.
