Strawberries & Cream Loose Leaf

Strawberry, hibiscus and rose petals sit on a base of delicate white tea, with natural vanilla drawing the whole thing towards cream. Hibiscus, long favoured for a tartness that keeps sweet fruit honest, is what stops it tipping into syrup over ice. Brewed strong and chilled overnight, it pours pale pink over a full glass of ice, and it is the kind of jug you make before anyone asks for it.
