Courtside Cooler Loose Leaf

There is a particular kind of thirst that only turns up in an Australian summer, and Courtside Cooler was blended for exactly that. Mango, jasmine, ginger, lemon myrtle and eucalyptus are packed generously around a base of green tea, so a jug still tastes of fruit after an hour in the fridge and a glass full of ice. Lemon myrtle and eucalyptus, both long favoured for a cooling freshness that citrus alone cannot give, are what make it taste unmistakably Australian. Poured over ice on a hot afternoon, poolside or courtside, it drinks like the middle of summer and leaves you cooler than when you sat down.

Water Temperature: 80°C
Best Enjoyed: Chilled and poured over plenty of ice, with sugar to taste.
