Lemon myrtle, a classic Australian native, has long been favoured for its sweet lemon flavour without the acidity of citrus, which is why it lifts a green tea rather than souring it. Our certified organic blend pairs the two lightly, letting the grassy character of the leaf hold its place beneath the citrus. It makes an easy iced tea as well as a hot one. Both are certified organic and both are cut for the bag, which means a single tea bag carries enough citrus to lift a full mug, hot or chilled.
