English Breakfast Tagged Tea Bags

Always drank Australian grown Nerida Black Tea. The new product, English Breakfast, is no longer local product, lacks taste and the strings keep falling off the teabags. My loyalty has just evaporated. Sorry Nerida but you have lost me.

Have been drinking Nevada for years and love it but recently the tag string detaches from the tag on about half the uses. You pay extra for the tag and it should not detach.

I have been a loyal consumer of your tea for over a decade. However, I regret to inform you that the recent batches of tea bags I have purchased appear to have a manufacturing defect. Specifically, the string attached to the tea bag detaches when hot water is added, causing inconvenience and frustration during the brewing process.
While I understand that this issue may seem minor, it significantly impacts the overall tea-drinking experience. I kindly bring this matter to your attention not as a complaint, but as a valuable feedback to help maintain the high standards of your esteemed brand.

Just love ❤️ nerada tea. Used to visit the tea farm when we lived up there but now I have to have it delivered.
