Chi tea bags

I have had this with sugar and milk (just a little) and enjoyed it very much. I recommend it to anyone who is unsure about chi.

I love your chai it's healthy and delicious, I appreciate that it's organic too. I did have a few times where the bag would get detached from the string and paper so I just started using my spoon to fish out, all good I use a spoon for all my teas anyway, but your chai is my favourite every morning. Thankyou for such a lovely and calming tea Nerada, sometimes i even add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric and pepper, delicious and calming for evening 😍

Our favourite chai

My wife and I love chai, but the powders are way too sweet. We tried the Nerada and loved it.
We actually use 2 bags per cup and add hot water to 1/3 fill the cup. After brewing, we then fill the rest of the cup with hot milk and add a dash of honey.

String detaches from the bag

I've just purchased my last box of chai. For about two years, every morning I've been fishing the bags x 2 out of my mug trying not to burn my fingers. I contacted Nerada in May 2025 advising them about this. They said they were aware & working on this problem. I've stuck with them for another 12 months trying to support an Australian tea which I enjoy, but unfortunately I've now decided I will no longer be purchasing these which is a shame. My husband & I are always burning our fingers. The string detaches from the bag as soon as it is submerged with hot water.
