All teas and other products sold on the Nerada Tea online store are subject to Nerada Tea Quality processing and high production standards. Should you be dis-satisfied with the quality of goods received, please make contact with Nerada Tea via the website with details or the issue or problem involved. Nerada Tea will make every effort to resolve the issue or problem, and where the goods are returned in good saleable condition, may offer to refund the purchase and cost of Postage or Courier costs. This shall be at the sole discretion of Nerada Tea. Where goods are damaged in transit, Nerada Tea will endeavour to replace such goods, but this shall be at the sole discretion of Nerada Tea.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
